Beavers, Cubs and Scouts - we have a section suitable for all children between 6 and 14 years old.
Our group sections
We welcome young people and adult volunteers of all genders, beliefs, ethnicity and abilities. Our group offers activities for young people between 6 and 14 years through our Beaver, Cubs and Scout sections.
Beavers - 6 to 8 years
Our group has two Beaver colonies – Pegasus Beavers and Phoenix Beavers. Our activities involve mud, glue, chocolate and lots of noise! Beavers explore the outdoors, make things, play games, learn how to be safe and most importantly, making new friends.

Our Beaver colonies meet weekly during school term time, except on Bank Holidays. Colony meetings usually take place at our Scout Hall, but we also make use of the playing field next to the Hall and go out into out local community.
Pegasus Beavers meets on Monday evenings between 6:00 pm and 7:15 pm.
Phoenix Beavers meets on Friday evenings between 6:00 pm and 7:15 pm.

Cubs - 8 to 10½ years
Our group's Cub Pack is called Auriga Cubs. Cubs learn practical skills such as map reading, cooking and pioneering, whilst exploring their surroundings and having adventures with friends. Our outdoor activities include camps, climbing and hikes.

Auriga Cubs meets of Tuesday evenings between 6:30 pm and 8:00 pm.

Scouts - 10½ to 14 years
Our group's Scout troop is called Apollo Scouts. Our Scouts work in teams or independently on adventurous and challenges that develop skills for every day live. Their activities include going on expeditions, week long summer camps, and much more.

Apollo Scouts meets of Thursday evenings between 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm.
